Has the presidential or spring election made you stressed or worried? Exhale the Election is your chance to take a breather, reconnect, and reset. This event is all about helping you manage post-election stress through mindfulness, open conversation, and community support. Elections can bring burnout, hopelessness, and a sense of overwhelm—but by slowing down and tuning in, we can find balance again. We’ll kick things off with a short, engaging presentation on stress and emotional well-being, followed by a calming mindfulness activity to help you unplug and reset. Then we’ll wrap things up with a nonpartisan community discussion where everyone can share thoughts and feelings in a supportive, judgment-free space. Whether you’re feeling stressed, curious, or just want to relax with others, this event is for you. All ages welcome, and all are encouraged to attend! *Hosted by the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness and Wellbeing, the League of Women Voters of Douglas County, LiveWell, and the Mindfulness Club.
