Yoga at the SS Meteor

Ejnoy a relaxing yoga class on the last above-water Whaleback ship in the world!

Slow Flow or Vinyasa will typically be the style of the class. All levels. 1hr class.
Please bring a blanket and extra mat if you have them. I will bring a few extras. The weather can be a little chilly on the upper deck and it is metal so extra cushion is always a good idea.

 

Class is held on the upper deck of the boat. Before and after class you will encounter multiple ladders and stairs to go up and down and heights when on the boat deck. Closed-toe shoes or shoes with a good grip and no skirts/dresses are STRONGLY recommended.
