DESCRIPTION:NOTE CHANGES: Due to the forecast for cold temperatures on Saturday\, race officials decided to start the River View Loppet ONE HOUR later to allow some warming to occur before the race begins. Registration now starts at 8:30am and runs until 10AM and all aspects of the event will start ONE HOUR later at the Brule Town Hall and the race itself will start at 11AM. The race officials are also planning for ways to start everything a little quicker\, so the various waves get off the line as soon as possible for the race starts.\n\n\n\nThis race is sponsored jointly by the Brule Valley Ski Club\, the Brule River State Forest and the Brule Lions Club. \n\nFor fees and more information\, visit www.brulexcski.com or call 715-372-5678. The Afterhours trailhead and parking lot are located south of Highway 2 on the Afterhours Rd\, which is the first road west of the Brule River.
