The Duluth Airport Authority Welcomes Tristan Durfee as New Airside Manager at DLH
Duluth, MN – October 29, 2025 – The Duluth Airport Authority (DAA) is pleased to announce Tristan Durfee as the new Airside Manager at Duluth International Airport (DLH).
Tristan brings over six years of aviation experience to the role, including airport operations, aircraft maintenance, and airport management. Most recently, Durfee served as the Airport Manager at Sky Harbor Airport (DYT) in Duluth where he led day to-day operations and oversaw key infrastructure initiatives including a new arrivals and departures building, and a new snow removal equipment facility. Prior to his time as DYT Airport Manager, he spent three years working in airfield operations at DLH.
“I am looking forward to returning to DLH as the Airside Manager,” said Durfee. “Aviation has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I am excited to contribute to the safe operation of the airfield alongside a very capable team.”
